POSTAGE AND PACKING

SWAGAATAM aims to dispatch your gift within two working days of receipt of your order. Your order will be posted royal mail 1st class/standard parcel delivery unless otherwise requested. For other delivery options such as next day special delivery and Worldwide please contact SWAGAATAM for more information. If you are ordering more than one item you will be contacted by SWAGAATAM as this will affect the postage costs.

SWAGAATAM will always obtain a proof of posting. If your order is lost or damaged in the post we cannot be held responsible. We will be happy to provide you with a proof of posting certificate and then it is the responsibility of you the customer to seek compensation from the post office.

RETURNS

All SWAGAATAM gifts are quality checked before shipping but if for any reason you are not happy with your order then please notify SWAGAATAM within 2 working days and we will be happy to exchange or refund.
Unfortunately we cannot cover your postage costs on unwanted gifts and they must be returned to us in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will cover your postage for a return item if we have sent out an incorrect or damaged product.
REMEMBER if you are returning an item to us please make sure you get your own proof of posting!

SWAGAATAM ensures that all products advertised on this site are true to form. Some colours may vary on different computer screens, we will describe them as best we can…we are just a phone call away if you are not sure!
The majority of our products are hand-made which makes them unique little individuals, and so there may be minor variations in each product.
